Spirulina is now well known.
This "super-alga" (actually a cyanobacterium) is very useful in human nutrition as a vitamin and mineral supplement. No other food is as rich in essential elements and trace elements.
This algae is a key element of phytoplankton, which is at the base of the aquatic food chain. It is therefore also welcome to enrich all the food for our fish.
We offer dry spirulina, which is therefore storable. Presented in micronized form, it can be easily rehydrated.
A small pinch of pure spirulina in a glass of water, a few minutes of rest and you will obtain a blue-green suspension of rehydrated plankton. This "algae juice" will be excellent food for your infusoria (from paddy rice for example), your shrimp, your Blackworm or ostracods.
A dose of pure spirulina contains 25 grams of micronized spirulina.
