FAQ

How are your plants and invertebrates packaged for shipping?

The packaging of our products is designed for superior resistance to the actual duration of transport.
We carefully package each species while respecting its specific needs.
Precautions are taken in case of particular weather conditions.
Your invertebrates and plants are harvested on the morning of shipment to ensure the best freshness conditions, and therefore the travel of your order.
99.9% of our packaging is compatible with standardized mailboxes.

What are the shipping days?

To avoid any blockage of your items over the weekend, shipments are made exclusively from Monday to Wednesday noon (in order of arrival).
For example, an order received on Wednesday evening will be shipped the following Monday morning.
Another one received on Tuesday will leave the next day, Wednesday morning.
Of course, we do not ship if a poorly timed holiday or extreme weather conditions prevent us from doing so safely.
An exception for France: Express orders (home delivery within 24 hours) can be shipped until Thursday noon.

In which countries are the shipments made?

We are currently shipping to France (excluding DOM-TOM), Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Portugal.

What to do if I receive a damaged or non-compliant product?

"Send us by email the photo (or video if needed) of your damaged or non-compliant product as soon as it is unpacked (unopened bag). We are always available by email to answer your questions."

    Nous les conditionnons à la main pour chaque commande juste avant son envoi : la fraîcheur est donc maximale.
