Free Colissimo delivery from €59

Packaging, packing, and 48-hour delivery fees (indicative timeframe by La Poste) amount to 6.90 euros per order in mainland France if you choose a "standard" shipment, that is, a Colissimo shipment.

For orders of 59 euros or more in France, we fully cover these fees, so they are free for you.

You also have the "Express" option in the form of a Chronopost (Chrono 18) shipment for home delivery the day after shipping, before 6:00 PM.
This is, of course, the option we recommend for more security and speed.

It is important to note that these timeframes are not shipping times but indicative transit times.
Because shipping, in all cases, is only done at the beginning of the week to avoid the weekend in case of carrier delays. An order placed on Thursday, even in "Express" mode, will in any case only be shipped the following Monday.

For Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Denmark, shipping, packaging, and packing fees are 14.90 euros. Transit times vary greatly depending on the country and cannot be guaranteed by the Seller.

We are not able to deliver to other destinations (DOM-TOM, other countries).

When placing your order, please carefully verify the correct entry of your address. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered shipments due to incorrect addresses.

A large part of our expertise lies in the packaging and transit of live invertebrates.
Your critters are packaged in double sealed plastic bags, in water and substrates tested and specially adapted for the transport they will undergo.

We prepare your critters and plants only a few hours before shipping to preserve maximum freshness.
We avoid shipping live organisms during periods of extreme heat or prolonged intense frost. Shipments in these situations are postponed until conditions return to normal to avoid risking your live items.
Similarly, we avoid shipping near public holidays or long weekends, in the interest of your orders. If a public holiday breaks a week, we postpone shipping to the following week.

We ship exclusively from Monday to Wednesday all orders received before Wednesday 12:00 PM, to avoid a package being stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders received after Wednesday 12:00 PM will be shipped the following week.

Our standard delivery shipments are generally made by La Poste and are delivered within 48 to 72 hours in most cases. Express delivery orders are shipped by Chronopost (Chrono18 in France) for home delivery the day after shipping (indicative timeframe for France only, delivery before 6:00 PM).
Be careful not to leave them waiting in extreme heat or cold if the package is left in an exposed mailbox. Retrieve or have your mail retrieved promptly.

Upon receipt, check the contents of your package, then quickly release your critters. If you have not prepared a place or water for them, simply place them in a bowl or glass of water, or a plastic box with a lid for terrestrial species. The essential thing is to free them from their bag where oxygen is obviously limited.
This will be your opportunity to discover and observe them.
