Free 48H delivery on orders over €49
The packaging, wrapping, and 48H delivery fees (indicative timeframe from La Poste) amount to 6.90 euros per order in mainland France.
From 49 euros of order in France, we fully cover these costs and they are therefore offered to you.
You also have the "Express" option in the form of a Chronopost shipment (Chrono 18) for home delivery the day after shipping, before 6:00 PM.
For Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, the shipping, packaging, and handling fees are 14.90 euros.
We are unable to deliver to other destinations (DOM-TOM, other countries).
When placing your order, please carefully check the correct entry of your address. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered shipments in case of an incorrect address.
A large part of our expertise lies in the packaging and transportation of live invertebrates.
Your little creatures are packaged in a double sealed plastic bag, in tested water and substrates, specially suited for the transport they will undergo.
We only prepare your critters and plants a few hours at most before their shipment, in order to maintain maximum freshness.
We avoid shipping live organisms during periods of extreme heat or during intense and prolonged freezing. Shipments in these situations are postponed until normal conditions return to avoid putting your live items at risk.
In the same way, we avoid the proximity of bridges or public holidays, in the interest of your orders. If a public holiday cuts a week, we postpone the shipment to the following week.
We ship exclusively from Monday to Wednesday all orders received before Wednesday 12:00 PM, to avoid a package being stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders received after Wednesday 12:00 PM will be shipped the following week.
However, if you choose Express delivery, we will ship your order by Thursday.
Our shipments are generally made by La Poste and are delivered within 48 to 72 hours in most cases. Express delivery orders are shipped by Chronopost (Chrono18 in France, Classic internationally) for next-day home delivery after dispatch (indicative time frame for France only, delivery before 6 PM).
"Make sure not to keep them waiting in extreme heat or cold if the package is left in an exposed mailbox. Pick up or have your mail picked up quickly."
Upon receipt, check the contents of your package, then quickly release your critters. If you haven't prepared a place or water to welcome them, simply place them in a bowl or a glass of water, or even a plastic box with a lid for terrestrial species. The main thing is to free them from their bag where oxygen is obviously limited.
It will be an opportunity for you to discover and observe them.
And, from that moment on, you will have entered the world of insect enthusiasts!
