Where do your aquatic plants and invertebrates come from?

At Aquazolla, no creatures or plants come from faraway lands.

They will never be taken from the wild.

We also thank you for never releasing them into the wild, as our ecosystems are fragile and must be protected.

How are your plants and invertebrates packed for shipping?

The packaging of our products is designed for durability beyond the actual delivery time.
We carefully pack each species, respecting its specific needs.
Precautions are taken in case of special weather conditions.
Your invertebrates and plants are harvested the very morning of shipment to ensure the best freshness and thus the best travel conditions for your order.
99.9% of our packaging fits standard mailboxes.

What are the shipping days?

To avoid any blockage of your items over the weekend, shipments are made exclusively from Monday to Wednesday noon (in order of arrival).
For example, an order received on Wednesday evening will be shipped the following Monday morning.
Another received on Tuesday will be sent the next day, Wednesday morning.
Of course, we do not ship if a poorly placed holiday or extreme weather conditions do not allow it to be done safely.
An exception for France: Express orders (home delivery within 24 hours) can be sent until Thursday noon.

In which countries are shipments made?

We currently ship to France (excluding overseas departments and territories), Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal, Austria, and Denmark.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or non-compliant product?

Send us by email the photo (or video if needed) of your damaged or non-compliant product as soon as you unpack it (bag unopened). We are always available by email to answer your questions.

  • Shipment security

    Your live items are shipped from Monday to Wednesday noon to avoid any weekend delays.
    Delivery is carried out within an estimated time of 48 hours.
    For France, an Express delivery option is available for shipment until Thursday noon.

    We are growers and breeders of plants and water-dwelling invertebrates,
    from which we select and test ourselves the species best suited to natural or low-tech fishkeeping.
    We hand-pack them for each order just before shipment: freshness is therefore at its peak.
