The fees for packaging, wrapping, and 48-hour delivery (approximate timeframe by the Postal Service) amount to 6.90 euros per order within mainland France.

From 49 euros of order in France, we fully cover these fees, so they are free for you.

You also have the "Express" option in the form of a Chronopost shipment (Chrono 18) for home delivery the day after dispatch, before 6:00 p.m.
This is, of course, the choice we recommend.

For Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Denmark, the shipping, packaging, and wrapping fees are 14.90 euros. Delivery times vary greatly depending on the country and cannot be guaranteed by the Seller.

We are unable to deliver to other destinations (overseas departments and territories, other countries).

When placing your order, please carefully check that your address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered shipments due to incorrect addresses.

A large part of our expertise lies in the packaging and transport of live invertebrates.
Your critters are packed in double sealed plastic bags, in water and substrates tested and specially adapted for the journey they will undergo.

We prepare your critters and plants only a few hours before shipment to preserve maximum freshness.
We avoid shipping living organisms during periods of very high heat or intense, prolonged frost. Shipments in these conditions are postponed until normal conditions return to avoid risking your live items.
Similarly, we avoid shipping near long weekends or public holidays, for the sake of your orders. If a public holiday breaks a week, we postpone shipment to the following week.

We ship exclusively from Monday to Wednesday all orders received before Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. to prevent a parcel from being held in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders received after Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the following week.

Our shipments are generally made by the Postal Service and are delivered within 48 to 72 hours in most cases. Express delivery orders are sent by Chronopost (Chrono18 in France) for home delivery the day after dispatch (approximate timeframe for France only, delivery before 6:00 p.m.).
Be careful not to leave them waiting in strong heat or severe cold if the parcel is left in an exposed mailbox. Collect or have your mail collected promptly.

Upon receipt, check the contents of your parcel, then quickly release your critters. If you have not prepared a place or water for them, simply place them in a bowl or glass of water, or a plastic box with a lid for terrestrial species. The main thing is to free them from their bag where oxygen is obviously limited.
This will be your chance to discover and observe them.

And from that moment, you will have entered the world of critter enthusiasts!
